I was so excited to return to Loretta in Cuba Street, this time for brunch. I had dinner there when it first opened, and my woodfired roast chook with lemon and rosemary was the pick of the bunch. The boys enjoyed their schnitzel and the fish was tasty. I was surprised that hubby chose the pate as he didn’t realise it was artichoke with olive and almonds, however it was delicious. The New York baked cheesecake got the thumbs up also. Our bottle of red was really good and the wine list is extensive.
